Mesmerising to watch, Aerosolgrafia adopts everyday household items in the creation of grand space scenes. It’s messy, it’s hypnotic, and above all it’s fast – but there’s every chance that Brandon McConnell is the fastest spray artist of them all:




Invented by Ruben “Sadot” Fernandez in Mexico City in 1982, Aerosolgrafia (or Sadotgrafia) rose from the streets of La Zona Rosa district to become an urban art form with a global following. Often depicting futuristic cities and pyramids set against the backdrop of strange planets, it might not be to everyone’s taste but most will agree it’s a fascinating spectacle to watch.
